Cap & Gown orders must be placed at the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore on the following dates to avoid a late fee:
Tuesday March 12, 2013 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday March 13, 2013 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Continuing Education Students can place their orders at the Colorado Springs campus of CSU-Pueblo. Located at 730 Citadel Drive Suite 300, Colorado Springs.
Monday March 11, 2013 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
(orders taken March 11, in Colorado Springs MUST BE picked up May 3, in Colorado Springs)
Cap & Gown pricing
Caps and Gowns are purchased by the graduates and do not need to be returned after the ceremony.

Full payment must be received at the time of the order. Please make checks payable to the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore. There are NO refunds.
Distribution Date
Orders placed at the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore or on our website must be picked up at the bookstore on Friday, May 3 between 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
For those eligible, Honor cords will be packaged with your cap and gown.
Late Orders
There will be a $15 late order fee for orders placed between March 14, & March 22. Orders placed after March 22, will be charged $25 late fee. Orders may be placed at the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore or at www.csupueblobookstore.com. These orders will be distributed at the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore on May 3. Sizes are subject to availability. |
