SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!!!
Your CSU-Pueblo Bookstore cash register or online receipt
is required for all refunds or exchanges
To be refunded, New Textbooks must be in original condition
No refunds are given on textbooks after the drop/add period
No bent or torn pages
No marks or other damage
Shrink-wrapped packages must not have been opened
Textbook return policy for Summer Semester 2013
Textbooks may be returned by the 3rd day of class with receipt.
FALL/SPRING SEMESTER, 2012
With a valid sales receipt, textbooks may be returned for a full refund the first week of the Fall and Spring semesters.
Full refunds are given the second week of class with a valid receipt & proof the course was dropped (current course schedule)
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE SECOND WEEK OF CLASS FOR FALL/SPRING SEMESTERS.
